This refund policy is an attachment to our normal Terms and Conditions so please read and ensure understanding of both documents before playing.

Bonus will be refused to players who do not comply with this term and multiple accounts will be closed. 8.11. All promotions are subject to change at any time. Weltbet reserves the right to change, cancel or refuse bonus at its own discretion.
8.12 The Cash-Out option is not available with an active sports bonus
8.13. Winnings while having an active bonus will be awarded to the virtual amount.
8.13.1. Should a player decide to leave a campaign early or not meet the rollover requirement in the allotted time frame, their virtual bonus amount will be void.
8.13.2. Players cannot leave a campaign through the "Leave" bonus feature while having pending sports bets.
8.13.3. Should a player have pending bets that exceed the expiration period of their promotion, all bets will be voided automatically.
Weltbet reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, in case of an initiated pending withdrawal from any customer’s account. Consequent to these reviews, should Weltbet detect a type of wagering, realized in a previous bet stake doubling, on casino games, we reserve the right to reclaim all unrightfully accumulated winnings, generated from the aforementioned fraudulent type of play.
Weltbet is offering its valued customers the ability to place pre-match bets higher than the maximum bet amount stated on the bet slip. Requests for such bets can be done only through the bet slip.
1. Weltbet reserves the right to refuse requests, terminate communication with customer or disable the communication panel to customer or group of customers, upon its sole discretion.
2. The communication panel should be used for bet request, stakes amounts and odds. Inappropriate communication or deliberate interference to traders work would be terminated immediately and might end up with banning customers from the site.
3. Abnormal betting patterns, rigging, and/or suspicion of acting as a syndicate of customers may lead to cancelling bets.
4. Requesting special stake amount or odds on the VIP bet slip doesn’t stand as validity of the bet or a proof for betting. Weltbet confirms each bet to the customer. No bet is deemed as placed unless confirmed and carrying status “running” in the “My bets” / “Bet list” section.
5. Weltbet reserves the right to confirm only part of the requested amount. In such cases the bet slip will state the actual confirmed amount.
6. Only offers confirmed by the customer can be executed.
